The girls and I spent the day preparing for this week's Children's Ministry lesson. This week we are talking about King David and how God Keeps His Promises!
We will start the lesson by working on the "I Can Know God Through His Promises" Activity & Coloring Book.
Each child is going to get to take home a door hanger that will remind them that "God Keeps His Promises."
After reading our story about King David and discussing how he praised the Lord. We will use the basket of instruments to make a joyful noise to the Lord!
Our crafts this week will include making a crown and a necklace. The students are going to weave yarn around their necklace in order to make it beautiful!This week's snack will be a Fruit Loop Rainbow!
We will also play the following games:
God Keeps His Promises Memory Match Game
Follow Jesus aka Simon Says
Crawl to the Cross (The kids will be crawling through tunnels to reach the cross)
God Keeps His Promise to "David" aka Duck, Duck, Goose
