Fall Festival

Tonight we went to our church's Fall Festival.

Much to our surprise Madison actually dunked the person.  

Jocelyn liked trying, but never was able to dunk him.  

They went down every bouncy slide multiple times.

Then we went inside to play some games and get our faces painted.  Madison wanted a fairy painted on her face.

Jocelyn decided to get a purple flower.

Katie was a Mexican Princess!  

After we ate dinner, we went back outside to joust each other.

We had lots of fun playing with Katie.

The girls enjoyed getting to try something new.

They did pretty well for their first time.

We ended our night of fun with a hayride.  

CC Snack, Silliness and Science

This week we took Oreo truffles that looked like pumpkins for CC Snack.  

Kate did a presentation on how to make silly faces.  

Mrs. Staci decided to show us her silly monkey face.

Then we did our science experiment.

The kids got to lay items on the sun-sensative paper.

The kids couldn't wait to see the results.  

Our Weekend

On Saturday, we went to Wild Adventures with friends.

On Sunday afternoon, we went to the Stone Creek Trunk or Treat.  

On Sunday night, the girls got to wear their costumes to Awana for Dress-Up Night.  

CC Crafters Costume Party

Today was our CC Crafters Costume Party!

Katie forgot her costume, but was able to borrow a costume from the girls.  She made a beautiful Egyptian Princess.

Abigail was wearing the same fairy costume as Madison.

Kate was a rockstar!

These sisters were all super cute!

Kennadi was a gypsy!

Kamden was a ballerina!

Karis was an owl!

Mary Bennett was a pumpkin!

After I took everyones pictures, we made Halloween picture frames.

Jocelyn made her frame purple to match her fairy costume.

We also made Halloween Treats out of cookie cutters and candy corn.

Each child got to make a Yummy Mummy out of a toilet paper roll and white streamers.  

We finished our fun with a game of Pin the Nose on the Pumpkin!

Silly Karis pinned the wrong nose.  

Kamden was "Crafter of the Week" this week!

We are CRAZY about COSTUMES and CRAFTS!

Madison borrowed my camera to take some pictures of Baxter.  She did a great job.  

Please be praying for Baxter.  His urinary tract infection did not clear up after the last round of antibiotics, so we are trying a different antibiotic for the next 30 days.

Challenger Learning Center

Today we went on a CC field trip to the Challenger Learning Center in Tallahassee, Florida.

We got some snacks.

Then we went to the planetarium.
