Week in Florida!

We made the long drive to spend the week in Florida with family.  We spent several days playing in the pool and relaxing with our loved ones.  

We went to see Tarzan with our cousins.

We got to spend a day with our cousins.

We were all happy to get out of the van though!

A Night Away

Clay and I went away to the Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida for one night while the girls stayed with the grandparents. 

We loved relaxing by the pool.

The food was delicious and delivered right to us at the pool.

It was nice to have some adult time together.

We even got to enjoy the beach before heading back to reality.  

Jocelyn's 10th Birthday!

She got a cool lava lamp for her bedroom.

She wanted to temporarily dye her hair purple and blue for her birthday.

Her birthday party was at the local skating rink.

Daddy impressed everyone with his skating skills.

Several of her friends were on vacation, but luckily some other friends could be there to help her celebrate.

She picked a cookie and brownie cake for dessert!  YUMMY!

Great Wolf Lodge in Concord

We took the girls to Great Wolf Lodge for their birthday getaway.  They had a blast, but we were disappointed that this one didn't have a Lazy River to float in.  

4th of July Weekend!

Uncle Kyle came to visit us in North Carolina for the first time.  We took him to Fun, Fun, Fun!

He enjoyed his 1st snowball from Big T's Too!

He also got his first pedicure!

Daddy got home from his 5th DEPLOYMENT!

We got to celebrate his 37th birthday a day late.

We all had fun with them.  

We did our own fireworks show at home.

We are so glad that Uncle Kyle got to spend the weekend with us.
