Trunk or Treat

Halloween night we took the girls to the United Methodist Church in Niceville for the Orange Festival.

Madison loved playing all of the games.

Jocelyn enjoyed getting the candy.

Madison made a Fruit Loop necklace.

The girls are making Granddaddy proud by playing the fishing game.

Jocelyn can't take her eyes off of her pumpkin bucket that is filled to the brim with candy.

Madison was very excited to meet McGruff the crime dog.

Jocelyn couldn't wait to eat her candy. She decided to eat two lollipops at one time.

Halloween Party

Today I went to school with Madison to help with their Halloween Party. It was a fun day of cooking projects and stories.
Dillion is showing off the pumpkin that he made out of orange slices, icing, and a green M&Ms.

Madison enjoyed making her Jack-O-Lantern Cookie Pop.

She loved him so much that she didn't want to eat it, so she just licked the icing off of her knife.
Ty was dressed up like his Daddy.
Hayden was dressed up like a Transformer.
Madison enjoyed drinking her Jack-O-Lantern drink that she helped me make for her class.
Kaitlyn was excited when her mom and dad showed up to surprise her at the Halloween Party.
Madison got several Halloween treat bags from her classmates, but her favorite item was a pair of ugly teeth.

Halloween Treats for the Teachers!

Madison and I put together special Halloween Treat Buckets for all of her teachers.

Madison was sitting at the bus stop, dressed in her Ladybug costume with her Halloween Treat Buckets for the bus drivers.

Longwood Elementary Fall Festival

Today the "Special Education" classes had a Fall Festival at school, since the more severe classes are unable to go on field trips. Mrs. Hunter asked me to come and help with the event.

Madison's favorite activity of the day was the "Moon Walk."

She wasn't scared at all this time.

The kids rotated through many games and activities. Madison is becoming quite the miniature golfer.

Madison got to pick a toy out of the "Monster Stew."

She loved the centipede that she found in the "Monster Stew."

Kaylee and Madison are playing with their bugs.

Joe was having fun in the fire truck on the playground.

Madison found a quiet spot to rest after her busy day at the Fall Festival.

Princess Madison in Make-up!

Madison decided to dress up as a princess and put on some of Mommy's make-up.

She thought she looked BEAUTIFUL!
(At least she doesn't have any lipstick on her teeth.)

Happy 6th Birthday, Tristen!

Today we got to go to Florida Park for Tristen's birthday party.

Happy 6th Birthday, Tristen!

Miss Megan helped Madison make an apple car out of an apple slice, pretzels, and grapes.

After eating a delicious lunch, it was time for cake. Tristen did a great job blowing out the candles.

Jocelyn enjoyed eating all of the frosting off of her piece of cake.

Tristen was very excited about all of his new Cars toys that we got him.

Madison enjoyed watching Tristen open up his gifts that she helped pick out.

Tristen decided that the empty pinata made a great hat.

The party ended with a SPLASH when Jeren fell into the ditch!

Thank you so much for inviting us to the party. We had a great time. We love you, Tristen!

Tristen's 6th Birthday Party

Kendra is an amazing photographer. She was kind enough to share her pictures from Tristen's 6th Birthday Party. Here are some of the cute shots she got of the girls and our family.
