Strawberry Picking!

Today the girls and I went to Wood's Orchard to pick strawberries.

We love picking strawberries!

Beating the Arizona Heat!

We spent our last day in Arizona at the pool!

But this time we got to enjoy the pool with Daddy!

Daddy and the girls had fun playing together!

 Mommy enjoyed drinking a smoothie and laying in the sun!

Tucson

The girls enjoyed getting to see all of the animals up close.

They remembered seeing a snake just like this one at Grandma and Granddaddy's house.

We are glad that the only rattlesnakes we saw were behind glass.

The hummingbird garden was amazing!  

The hummingbirds would fly right by you.

The girls loved getting to see animals that they had never seen before.

They loved getting to go through the cave.

We enjoyed our two weeks in Arizona and will miss the cacti!

Standardized Tests

The girls have been taking their standardized tests here in Arizona!

They each got to pick a Sweet Treat to celebrate the completion of their Stanford Achievement Tests!

They loved eating their treats by the pool!

Then they relaxed in the Hot Tub or "Hot Pool" as Jocelyn would say. ;)

Sporty Sunday

Since it was 105 degrees here in Arizona today, we decided to find some indoor activities. 

We went to watch the final game of the Arizona Diamondbacks vs. Atlanta Braves series!

The girls enjoyed meeting the Diamondback's mascot named Baxter!

Madison loved hitting the wiffle ball and running the bases at the baseball game!

Then we walked across the street to the basketball stadium,

to watch Arena Football!

The girls really enjoyed their first Arena Football game.  They liked watching the cheerleaders.

Saturday in Sedona

On our way to Sedona, we stopped to see the Montezuma Castle!

The cliff-dwellings of the Sinagua Indians!

On the way to our next stop, we got some authentic Fry Bread!

Next, we went to the Chapel of the Holy Cross!
