Jet Photos

Last weekend, we got to go on base and take pictures with the jet.  The girls and I enjoyed getting to see the jet up close.  Not many people get to sit inside this jet, so we were happy we got the opportunity.  

Celebration in Lights

Pictures with the Planes

 Today we got our pictures taken with the planes on base.   The girls and I were excited to sit in the planes and get to see them up close.  We should be getting the pictures in a few weeks.  We can't wait to see how they turn out.  

Hurricane and Tsunami

The girls and I are bracing for Hurricane Sandy.

Since we live on the coast of Virginia, we are expected to get a lot of wind, rain and possible flooding.  It is also very likely that we will lose power.  During the hurricane last year, we were without power for a week.  We are praying that doesn't happen again.  

Clay is in Hawaii and experienced his first Tsunami last night.  Between the 5 typhoons during his time in Japan, this tsunami in Hawaii and Hurricane Sandy that is delaying his homecoming, we are all ready for some normal weather.  

Wood's Orchard Pumpkin Patch

Today we went to Wood's Orchard.

We are so happy that Grandma could go with us to the pumpkin patch this year.

Virginia!

The girls are great travelers and it was so nice to have Grandma along for the drive.  We spent the afternoon unloading the van and putting everything away.  The girls were so excited to see all of their toys and sleep in their beds tonight.

Today the girls and I went to Wood's Orchard to pick strawberries.
