Halfway There!

Today marks the halfway point of Clay's deployment. This means that we have survived 90 days of Clay's 180 day deployment! We are still being told that his deployment most likely will be longer than the standard 180 days, but at least we have survived 90 days of it! We are expecting Clay home sometime in July. His deployment is going well, however the PA that deployed with Clay is leaving soon which means that Clay will be the only doctor and will be on call 24/7 throughout the remainder of his deployment.

Click here to see a video of the girls sending a special message to Daddy and telling him how much they love and miss him.

The girls had so much fun playing with the flags that we got for Daddy's homecoming. Click here to see a video of the girls dancing with the American flags and telling Daddy everything they miss about him. Madison even made up her very own American flag song.

We can't thanks everyone enough for your thoughts and prayers for our family during Clay's deployment. We are halfway there!

:'( These videos made me cry! I hate that those sweet girls have their Daddy away from them for so long (and you your husband!). :( Brings back memories...but we got through it, and so will you. You've done such a great job so far!

We will certainly keep Clay and you all in our prayers. Praying the rest of his deployment goes smoothly and quickly for everyone!

Oh, and thanks for getting "Living on a Prayer" in my head! :)
