Even though Clay is returning to the United States today, he will not be able to make it all the way home to us in Virginia for another day or two. We are all getting very excited about his homecoming, so the girls decided to make a "Welcome Home" banner for Daddy to hang on the fireplace mantle in the school room.
Madison decided that we should make the banner red, white, and blue so that it would match the flags.
Madison dotted all of the red letters and Jocelyn dotted all of the blue letters. After they finished the letters they used the flag stickers that Grandma and Granddaddy sent to decorate the banner.
The girls are ready for Daddy to come home!

YAY!!! HOW EXCITING!!! What a nice alternative way to spend Father's Day, eh? Love and miss you girls tons. Can hardly wait to see pictures of the reunion (but you enjoy your time together first!). Praying for a safe return for Clay!
THIS IS SO EXCITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I think we need video when he gets to see the girls (and you of course) again!
