Swimming in November!

Clay and I picked the girls up from school and drove to Williamsburg to meet Pop at his condo. We went to dinner together and then headed to the indoor pool to swim.

Jocelyn snuggled with Pop while everyone got their swimsuits on.

Madison couldn't wait to go swimming in winter. She thought it was so funny that we could go swimming when it was so cold and rainy outside.

The girls LOVED having some special time with Daddy in the pool. They are going to miss him so much!

Daddy threw Madison up into the air. She loved it!

Then Daddy threw Jocelyn into the air...

a little too high! She didn't like it.

Jocelyn loved jumping off the side of the pool into Daddy's arms.

Madison really LOVED jumping off the edge. She can jump very far!

Jocelyn was getting cold, so we headed back to the condo to give them a bath and change them into their pajamas before we drove home. Both of the girls fell asleep on the ride home.

Pop Arrives

The girls are so excited that Pop arrived today.

Madison was so happy when Pop got here around lunch time. She drew him a special picture of herself and Pop.

The girls loved getting some special snuggles with Pop!

Madison couldn't believe all of the Christmas gifts that Nana and Pop brought for her to open on Thanksgiving.

Jocelyn can't wait to see what is inside all of her Christmas presents.

Silly Girl

Clay decided to surprise the girls and I and take us to get ice cream tonight after dinner. I told the girls to go get their shoes on and get ready to go. Much to my surprise Jocelyn came around the corner and said she was ready looking like this...

She had all of her stuffed animals. Thank goodness she was wearing overalls, so that she had an extra place to put them.

Snuggles with Daddy

We are doing our best to enjoy special snuggle time with Daddy before he leaves!

Jocelyn is going to miss her Daddy VERY much.

Turkey Flower Pot Candy Jar

The girls and I finished making our Turkey Flower Pot Candy Jars today. The girls paint the flower pots brown and then we glue feathers onto the back of the flower pot. We made the turkey head and feet out of foam. The girls can't wait to give their turkeys to their teachers next week.

Fort Fun

After several days of rain, it was so nice to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Fall leaves and weather.

We took the girls to Fort Fun for the first time today.

We had a picnic lunch right along the James River.

Madison LOVES to swing!

Cousin Photo Shoot

We got all four cousins all dressed up in an attempt to take some pictures.

They weren't very excited about getting their pictures taken. :(

Handsome Blayke decided to go first.
