Today was Candy Cane Day at CC Crafters!
We invited the kids over an hour early to eat snacks and watch The Legend of the Candy Cane movie.
We also went on a Candy Cane Hunt. The girls and I hid candy canes all around the house. The kids had to count and see how many they could find. Then we collected them all and figured out which person got closest to the right amount. All the kids enjoyed hunting and then eating their candy canes during the movie.
After the movie, we played with the homemade peppermint playdough.
They thought it was so cool that it smelled like peppermint.
Baxter gets lots of loving at CC Crafters.
Time to make our candy cane ornaments.
Then we made bead candy canes.
The candy cane outfits were a BIG hit.
The boys just kept posing in them.
All of the kids were excited about the candy cane pinata!
The baseball player broke the pinata and...
won Crafter of the Week!
