some homemade applesauce!
4 apples (peeled and sliced)
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 t. cinnamon
Put all of the ingredients in a saucepan. Cover and cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Allow to cool, then mash.
