Love God Artwork

It was another rainy afternoon, so we decided to paint another canvas.
This time we stuck letter stickers on it to spell LOVE GOD in the shape of a cross.

Then we painted it with sparkle paint.

Once it dried, we outlined the letters and cross with black marker.

The girls love the finished product and the fact that it sparkles in the light.

Rainy Day Art

It has rained all weekend, so the girls and I decided to do some rainy day artwork.

We all worked together to make this rainbow canvas.  First, we stuck sticker letters to the blank canvas.  Then, we drew pencil lines and painted them in with rainbow colors.  Finally, we removed the sticker letters and outlined them with black marker.

It was a fun project that reminded us that God will never flood the Earth again, even though we have had tons of rain here lately.

Ice Painting!

The girls couldn't wait to "Ice Paint" today!

We made paint ice pops by freezing equal parts of paint and water.

The girls got into their old swimsuits and started painting the easel paper I taped to the fence.

Ice Painting is a wonderful summer activity!

The ice paint pops started melting as soon as we went outside!

Heart!

Serious about their artwork!

Another Heart!
