My cousin David, his wife Julie and her son Garrett were able to be here for Christmas Eve. They are expecting a baby boy in April.

Christmas Eve Eve

Christmas Eve will be different this year. I won't get to see my Grandpa dressed in his festive Christmas suit.

Instead, we visited him on Christmas Eve Eve at the secured Memory Unit he now lives in. It is really hard to see him like this, but we are going to cherish the time we have with him before he goes to be with the Lord.

Once it got dark, we went with Nana and Mimi to look at Christmas lights and luminaries down by the waterfront. They use to take Daddy and Uncle Guy when they were little, so they really enjoyed getting to take the girls. When we got back the girls got to open their gift from Uncle Donn and Aunt Wendy. The girls love their new Groovy Girls. Madison got a ballerina and Jocelyn got a mermaid.

Christmas with Miss Regina!

Today we celebrated Christmas with Miss Regina!

My mom has been Regina's "big sister" for years now.

Regina really liked the purple suitcase that my mom got her for Christmas. Now they just need to plan a trip to Virginia to visit us. ;)

My mom and Regina get together once a week to just hang out together. It is hard to believe that Regina is in college already.

My mom loved the new sweater and K-cups that Regina got her for Christmas.

I let the girls open a few gifts too. They can't wait to start using their new Disney Princess and Fairy Tervis Tumblers and DSi Nerf covers.

The girls treated Granddaddy to a Spa Day after a long day at work.
