Virginia Living Museum with Uncle Kyle!

The girls were so excited to take Uncle Kyle to the Virginia Living Museum today!

Uncle Kyle was proud that he beat Uncle Guy to the Virginia Living Museum.

ALL SMILES!

They are ready for Christmas!

They had to show Uncle Kyle the turtle.

They all had fun in the spooky cave.

It was a gorgeous Fall day to enjoy the boardwalk.

Madison loves her Uncle Kyle.

Garden of Lights

Tonight we picked up Grandma, Granddaddy, and Uncle Kyle from the airport. We are so happy that they are here to spend Thanksgiving with us. The airport is right next to the Norfolk Botanical Gardens, so we stopped to enjoy the Garden of Lights. What a fun way to start our holiday time together!

Monster Jam!

We won FREE tickets to Monster Jam at the Officer's Appreciation Dinner earlier this week. The girls weren't sure if they would like it, but we decided to give it a try. We ended up really ENJOYING it!

Madison's favorite Monster Truck was Stone Crusher from Virginia Beach.

Jocelyn's favorite was El Toro Loco because it had horns.

Stone Crusher won the first competition with this wheelie!

The famous Grave Digger only did this one jump before having mechanical problems.

Stone Crusher won this race too!

The girls loved cheering for their favorites!

We all enjoyed watching Megasaurus!

Making Boats!

This week in history Madison has been learning about Christopher Columbus, so we decided to make the Nina, the Pinta and the Santa Maria.

Madison loved making her own boats.

She made the boats out of an egg carton, clay, toothpick and paper.

Madison enjoyed racing her boats across the ocean blue in 1492. ;)

She even made her own Christopher Columbus.
