Tonight we invited Lance, Nyx and Jude over for dinner so that they could see Clay before he leaves for his deployment early Wednesday morning.
Madison helped me in the kitchen wearing her new Santa apron, hat, and oven mitts that she got from Grandma and Granddaddy.
Clay and Lance are going to miss each other very much! The hospital just won't be the same with them separated. Lance's deployment band begins in June, so Lance might be deployed before Clay returns. They realized last night that they might not see each other for a year. :(
