Today at CC

Today we took these little turkeys to CC.  The kids thought it was cute that the veggies made the feathers of the turkey.  They all enjoyed dipping their veggie feathers into the ranch dressing turkey cup.  

Mrs. Lynn helped us with our science experiment today.

Happy Birthday Miss Celina

Madison couldn't wait to go to horse riding today and give Miss Celina her birthday gift.

Madison made her a special C7 Ranch plate.  

Cousins

Uncle Guy, Aunt Nelda, Mia and Blayke came to visit.  We had a fast but fun weekend watching movies and playing together.  All of the kids slept in Madison's bedroom together.  It was fun to see them just enjoy each others company.  We wish we could see them more often.  Before they left this morning, I took some pictures of the cousins.

Puppy Class

We have been taking Baxter to the PetSmart Puppy Class for the past six weeks.  

Tonight he GRADUATED from Puppy Class!

We have some areas we still need to work on, but he PASSED!

CC Crafters - Giving Thanks

Today at CC Crafters, we focused on Giving Thanks!

Each child wrote what they are thankful for and we will add it to our Thanksgiving wreath.  

Our craft was an Indian Corn Thanksgiving Door Hanger.

The Indian Corn poem was on the back of each door hanger.

The kids decorate a "Give Thanks" card when they first arrived.

The "Give Thanks" cards turned out really cute!

They couldn't wait to deliver them.  

Baxter is our CC Crafters mascot.  He likes to lay in the swing with his toys and watch us craft.

We are so thankful that we get to host these sweet kids every week.

We finished are fun by making Thanksgiving bracelets today.  Each bead was a reminder of The First Thanksgiving.

The Turkey got HIT!

Last night, Madison drew this picture of a turkey getting hit in the head with a ball.  About an hour later, we got a call that Uncle Kyle was in the ER because he got hit in the nose with a softball at his game.  

Poor Uncle Kyle has multiple fractures.  Please keep him in your prayers as he meets with the ENT tomorrow and continues to heal. 

Blessing Mix

Madison was thrilled that she got to ride Midge again this week.  

Jocelyn was excited to find a heart shaped chicken nugget in her kid's meal from Wendy's.  

The girls and I made Thanksgivng Blessings Mix to take to CC on Tuesday.
