An Early Christmas Eve

We are celebrating Christmas early with my family this year.

Madison decided that she wanted to be Rudolph, so Daddy made her a red nose out of a tomato.

The girls were so excited to open a few present on our pretend Christmas Eve.

They couldn't believe that they got their very own Pillow Pets from Mamaw and Papaw.

Jocelyn got a ladybug and Madison got a pink and purple unicorn.

Grandma and Granddaddy got each of the girls a Christmas book to read before bed.

Madison couldn't wait to read her new Gigi book.

Jocelyn also got a refrigerator to put in our Barbie house.

Madison got a My Little Pony Ferris Wheel.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving together as a family.

We are celebrating Christmas early this year with my family.

We are so thankful for Grandma and Granddaddy!

Grandma and Granddaddy don't need mistletoe.

Me, Mommy, Daddy and my Brother!

The girls are so excited to have everyone together for Thanksgiving.

Granddaddy and Madison are ready for a yummy Thanksgiving Feast.

We went to Fort Monroe to have Thanksgiving dinner at the Chamberlin.

Madison was thrilled to walk into the dining room and see a violinist.

Everything was decorated beautifully and...

the food was delicious.

Even the bathroom was fancy. ;)

When we got home we let Grandma open up one of her Christmas presents early. Clay had gotten her this scarf when he was deployed. We are so thankful that Daddy is home now.

We used Grandma's new scarf as a blindfold to play Pin the Hat on the Turkey!

Jocelyn must have thought we were playing pin the tail on the turkey. ;)

Madison couldn't stop giggling while Granddaddy spun her.

So close!

Uncle Kyle's turn.

Daddy's turn.

Mommy's turn.

Grandma's turn.

The girls had fun spinning Granddaddy around.

Granddaddy started heading in the wrong direction, but...

ended up winning!

Happy "Thanksgiving" Birthday Nana!

We want to wish Nana a very Happy "Thanksgiving" Birthday! Clay helped the girls create a special song just for Nana. Unfortunately, Jocelyn is sick and didn't feel like singing.

Fall Family Fun!

This morning I went outside to rake the leaves...

but we had to play with them before we bagged them up.

Parachute Fun with Fall Leaves!

Jocelyn hasn't been feeling well, but she couldn't resist playing in the leaves.

Madison wanted to play in the leaves too, but didn't want to get dirty, so she wrapped herself in the parachute before she got in the leaves.

This afternoon we went to the base bowling alley for some more family fun.

The girls loved using the new dinosaur to help them bowl.

Watch her ball go!

Madison can't wait to go back and bowl with the pink dinosaur.
