Madison got to do the morning announcements this morning on the tv at school. It was also my first day substituting at VCA. I was so glad I got to see her on the announcements.

Skating
Today we took the girls to the local skating rink.
Clay opted for inline skates.
Roller Roo was there for the 8 birthday parties that were happening while we were there.

Chapel
Jocelyn's 4th grade class sang Stand Firm and recited Psalm 1 today in chapel.
They learned to be like a sparkler and spur each other on.

She did not get elected, but plans to run again in 6th grade.
Monster Book Fair
I am enjoying volunteering in the girls' classrooms. I got to decorate this door for the upcoming Monster Book Fair.

Labor Day Weekend
Casey and the girls came to visit us for Labor Day weekend.
Mr. Clay helped teach the girls how to play putt-putt golf.
We enjoyed getting to show them around and taking them to a few of our new favorite spots.
