Preschool Director

I have an office again!  I have joined the staff of Northside Baptist Church as the Preschool Director.

The girls and I have spent the week cleaning out rooms and closets.  We still have lots of decorating and organizing to do.

I also need to recruit tons of workers.

Happy 35th Birthday to ME!

Clay and the girls surprised me with the traditional toilet paper banner and lots of gifts and cards.  We went out to breakfast as a family and then they let me go shopping all by myself for the afternoon.  I came home to a clean house and dinner.  Clay made us an Italian feast with multiple courses.  Madison was stuffed by the second course and waited for the dessert course.  

My Dad also made me a toilet paper banner and hung it above my portrait at their house.  

We started a new tradition that we saw at the local Mexican restaurant.  At the restaurant the birthday person got whipped cream in the face, but we changed it to me hitting Clay in the face with whipped cream.

CC Art - Edgar Degas

Today at CC we learned about Edgar Degas.  The kids got to paint pictures that looked like objects were in motion.  

They did a great job!

Crazy Hair Night!

The girls had a blast at Crazy Hair Night at Awana!

It is amazing what you can do with pigtails, hair bows and pipe cleaners!

Tonight the girls got dressed up for their first Father Daughter Dance.

We are so happy that Daddy got home from his deployment in time to go to the Father Daughter Dance.

Barn Puppies

Today we took Daddy with us to horse riding lessons.

We got to meet the barn puppies for the first time.

All the girls loved the puppies.

They were so cute and cuddly.

Abigail liked the chubby puppy.

Jocelyn stayed with the barn puppies while the other girls rode the horses.

Daddy is HOME!!!

The girls made special signs to take to the airport.

They were even two-sided.
